Hello! Do you need a little help setting up your shipping? You’ve come to the right place!
FIRST: What type of product are you editing? (You may click on the relevant product type.)
- Click on the products tab from your dashboard view.
- Click on the product you want to edit.
- Scroll down and click on the Shipping tab.
- Select a shipping class. A menu of shipping options will populate, please select the shipping class of best fit for your product.
- Click the Submit button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- Click on the products tab from your dashboard view:
- Click on the product you want to edit.
- To create a PARENT CLASS for all product variations, click on the Shipping tab.
- Select a shipping class. A menu of shipping options will populate, please select the shipping class of best fit for all product variations.
- To edit a SPECIFIC PRODUCT shipping class, click on the Variations tab.
- Select the variation you want to edit.
- Scroll down to shipping class and select the shipping class of best fit for this specific product variation.
- Click submit in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

I am still confused on the shipping. Does Indiana Grown pass the shipping costs to the customer? Do I (vendor) pass the shipping cost to the customer? What if my prefered shipping method is not shown as an option?
Thanks McCombees. The shipping cost is charged to buyers and distributed to Vendors. There has been a glitch in the system, that may not allocate those shipping charges properly. We are correcting the issue, and proper fees will be reimbursed.
for launch shipping options are set to basic flat rates. We will soon be launching enhanced shipping features, allowing Vendors to link their accounts for preferred shipping carriers and rates, specific to that vendor. We are slated to bring those features online by Jan 1. Stay tuned!
