Southern Style Biscuit Mix is one of our favorite base mixes. It makes up into a classic buttermilk biscuit–crunchy on the outside, light and tender on the inside. Serve the biscuits warm with butter and jam, or drizzle them with honey, or topped with sausage gravy for a hearty breakfast. If you want to be even more creative, we have several variations on our recipes page, including Blue Cheese and Green Onion, or Sweet Potato Biscuits. Biscuits also make a great side for a variety of dishes, such as soups, chilis, stews, and salads.
