SuperTonic is powerful and very spicy. It can be taken full strength if desired.
Shake to mix in the sediment before pouring.
Add 2-4 tablespoons to jar, followed by 1-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. Add a cup or more of real juice (tomato, orange, apple, etc). Shake and sip often until desired effect is achieved.
